Payment Explanation

EWA Private network pays weekly to every affiliate small or large - a policy that we have in place so every affiliate has good cashflow for scaling advertising campaigns. If you make under $1000 a week, you will be paid via ACH / Direct Deposit or mailed checks. Affiliates that make over $1000 can opt-in to receive wires (for even quicker cashflow). If your an international affiliate, please read below.

Weekly Payment Schedule

We pay weekly NET4, Monday-Sunday payment following Thursday.

International Affiliates

If you are an international affiliate we prefer to pay you via wires, as checks can take several weeks to clear (not including the time it takes to get to your address). We do have a minimum $1000 threshold for international weekly wires. There is an associated intl. wire fee of $22.50 charged by our bank to us. If you want a lesser wire, contact Savy Lam and a fee will be applied (more information below). Note - international wires can take several days to reach the bank account and are very difficult to track, please allow time for the wire to hit before contacting support. International affiliates that make less than the weekly threshold get paid out monthly net fifteen via wire with associated fees.

Direct Deposit / ACH

We strongly urge all affiliates making less than $1000/week to switch to ACH as it's much quicker than getting checks. There is no fee to be put onto ACH's, but note - they can take up to 72 hours to clear in your account so please allow time for the direct deposit to hit before contacting support. Download the ACH form, fill it out and email it into Savy Lam (savy@eaglewebassets.com)

Please note, there is a $15 associated fee for bank wires and only affiliates earning $1000+ in commission apply for bank wires. We highly suggest that affiliates switch to this payment method once they reach the threshold so they can quickly replenish their advertising campaigns. If you need a wire under the threshold a $50 fee will be applied and you must have written permission from Ryan Eagle and Savy Lam to apply. We reserve the right to deny a wire under the threshold.

PayPal Payments

EWA now offers PayPal payments by request only. You must get written permission from Savy Lam (savy@eaglewebassets.com) to switch to this method. PayPal payments must meet a threshold of $3000. We reserve the right to deny PayPal payments at any time and switch you to wires, ACH's or checks.

Daily and Early Payments

If you need an early wire for any reason whatsoever, you must get written approval from both Tom Eagle (tom@eaglewebassets.com) and Savy Lam (savy@eaglewebassets.com). Early wires are subject to a percentage processing fee. We have the right to deny an early payment.

Negligible Amounts & Compliance

To further expedite the payment schedule and insure that every affiliate receives their payment on time, amounts lesser than $50 are paid out monthly NET4 mailed check or ACH / Direct Deposit. International affiliates that do not hit the threshold are paid monthly NET4 via international wire. For international publishers to return to weeklies they must hit threshold two weeks in a row. Per compliance, we reserve the right to place certain affiliates on extended payment terms to establish quality due to high risks of fraud originating from certain geographic regions or based on other compliance triggers.

New Affiliates

To insure the highest quality leads for our advertisers, new affiliates opt-in for monthly NET4 payments from the day they begin running traffic with EWA. After the initial payment affiliates are transferred over to weekly net4 payments. Early payments are available upon request, for more information see the Daily and Early Payments secton above. In order to qualify, there must be at least 30 days of quality traffic from the affilliate.

Tax Documents

Before any payment can be sent, affiliates must fill our either a W8 Document or a W9 Document. Feel free to either email or fax them in If your unsure which one to use, contact Tom. Note that this applies to individuals, corporations of any sort, international affiliates and international corporations. If documents are received after the deadline then payment will be made the following pay day.
